Camera or smartphone?

Easy to shoot with: ISO, auto-focus, shutter speed, everything is set up for you. With a smartphone, the most difficult thing is to take a bad photo. Technically I mean, the rest is up to you.
A camera comes up with a bulky equipment: lenses, bag, tripod...  With experience and knowledge, the sky's the limit but if you are not here yet it’s a load of bad photos unless you use the auto mode.
So to get the best of both worlds I always bring my camera with the less equipment possible and a smartphone, first to assure some good pictures no matter the condition essentially for portraits and close-up and the second for some more experimental and creative photos or when the conditions are bad.
it’s a good combo  with all those new add-on devices for smartphone’s cameras on the market or yet to come.
